Studio Lead & Creative Producer

Nadia is a Chinese Indonesian creative producer—raised in Singapore, shaped by New York City, and now based out of New Zealand. She holds a Master’s in VFX and Animation and a Bachelor’s from Dartmouth College. With a background in animation, product management, and tech, Nadia brings a systems-thinking approach to creative storytelling.

With a foundation in systems thinking and a heart for people, Nadia builds creative environments where artists feel supported, brave, and creatively alive. Her leadership blends empathy and clarity, shaped by a sociological curiosity and a lived experience of growing up between cultures.

Rooted at the intersection of East and West, Nadia often reflects on what it means to feel split between two worlds—and how the liminality can be a powerful wellspring for creativity. She gravitates toward stories that engage both the emotional and the experiential. Her perspective is shaped by her time at BuzzFeed Animation Lab, where she contributed to fast-paced, digital-first productions.

When not producing, you’ll find Nadia analysing the emotional architecture of theme parks, sending long voice notes like messages in a bottle to friends overseas, or earnestly comparing alt milks in the never-ending quest for the perfect cup of coffee.
